Practice Support Strategy

Train and help retain the state's health workforce so that they can thrive in a value-based environment and provide high quality, cost-effective and inclusive care to all North Carolinians in all 100 counties.

This is accomplished through a comprehensive portfolio of practice support services with a focus on 1:1 coaching to independent primary care and specialty care practices, federal funded qualified health center, rural health centers, health departments with primary care services, and behavioral health providers. Efforts are prioritized with practices that accept Medicaid and/or Medicare and available at no cost to the practice.
