About Me

I am interested in the utility of patient-reported outcome tools for pulmonary hypertension. The initial phase involves a critical appraisal of currently available PRO instruments, followed by a prospective study examining the impacts of routinely incorporating a disease-specific PRO into the clinical care for PH. I have applied for our inclusion in the Critical Care Cardiology Trials Network, a research collaboration of level 1 CICUs across North America to further research in cardiac critical care. Also, I am writing a review on hemolysis complicating mechanical circulatory support devices.
