The Translational Biotechnology (MS) degree program features scientific, business, and regulatory affairs training with the goal of preparing graduates to lead the movement of novel therapies from the laboratory into the clinic.

Our approach is flexible in order to meet the needs of each individual student. Students with a scientific background interested in research will have the opportunity to work with the prestigious faculty at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM) to prepare and defend a publication quality Thesis. Students without a scientific background will be able to work with our experts in industry, biomanufacturing, and regulatory affairs to complete the program with a Capstone Project.
