Real Time Measurement of Burnout- A Digital Measurement Of The Environment And Staff Well-being In Real-time 

The purpose of this project is to utilize the Net Promotor Score (NPS) methodology as a tool for healthcare leaders to monitor interventions aimed at improving engagement and reducing burnout in the healthcare workforce. There are two specific aims to this project:

  1. Integration of a NPS survey instrument within the workflow of clinicians and teammates.
  2. Validation of the NPS survey instrument with valid and reliable instruments for assessing engagement and burnout.
