Application and Interview Process

  • Our program adheres to the APGO RRR OBGYN Application Cycle Guidelines and deadlines.
    • The application deadline is September 17, 2026
    • Interview offers are released on October 27, 2026
    • All interviews will be virtual and will occur between November and January: this cycle dates 
  • Applications will only be considered through the ResidencyCAS platform and should include:
    • USMLE Step 1 results
    • USMLE step 2 results should be submitted when available but is not required for initial application review
    • Osteopathic applicants should submit USMLE scores in additional to COMLEX scores if they have taken USMLE
    • Personal Statement
    • Medical School Transcript
    • MSPE (Medical Student Performance Evaluation)
    • 3 letters of recommendation using the following guidelines:3 letters of recommendation using the following guidelines:
      • 1 of the 3 letters should be a SLOE; at least 2 of the 3 letters should be from OBGYN physicians (a Chair letter is not required but if provided will count towards this requirement).
  • We have no minimum score requirements and our application review committee uses a holistic approach in reviewing applications 
  • We will participate in Program Signaling and the FRIEDA Alignment Check Index (ACI)
