Application and Interview Process

Our program adheres to the APGO RRR OBGYN Application Cycle Guidelines and deadlines.
- The application deadline is September 25, 2024
- Interview offers are released on October 29, 2024
- All interviews will be virtual and will occur between November and January: this cycle dates
Applications will only be considered through the ResidencyCAS platform and should include:
- USMLE Step 1 results
- USMLE step 2 results should be submitted when available but is not required for initial application review
- Osteopathic applicants should submit USMLE scores in additional to COMLEX scores if they have taken USMLE
- Personal Statement
- Medical School Transcript
- MSPE (Medical Student Performance Evaluation)
- 3 letters of recommendation using the following guidelines:3 letters of recommendation using the following guidelines:
  - 1 of the 3 letters should be a SLOE; at least 2 of the 3 letters should be from OBGYN physicians (a Chair letter is not required but if provided will count towards this requirement).
We have no minimum score requirements and our application review committee uses a holistic approach in reviewing applications
We will participate in Program Signaling and the FRIEDA Alignment Check Index (ACI)
