Preparing for your interview: We hope you can begin to get a feel for our program and our training culture from the information on this site and the internal medicine residency program's main webpage. In anticipation of your upcoming interview, please take an additional moment to review the Residency Details and Highlights videos below made by our current chiefs and the Residency Program Informational Packet. These may provide particular insights into our curriculum and training environment that could be useful to know for your interview.

Pre-Interview Social: Starting at 7 PM EST the night prior to your interview, please join our residents virtually for a lively discussion about life in Winston and the training experience at Wake Forest. You can find the Zoom link for the pre-interview social on your Thalamus calendar. The Zoom invitation for your interview day can be found on your Thalamus itinerary. We hope to keep this Social informal and fun, so please feel free to bring a bite to eat and your favorite beverage. We have encouraged our residents to do the same. See you Zoom!

Though similar in many ways to preparing for an in-person interview, your virtual interview will require some additional equipment, including a working camera. See our tip sheet for more useful information.
