We are proud to have funds available to help those individuals who are interested in global health. Our awards and opportunities are available not only to medical students, residents and faculty but also to international scholars.
If you are interested in donating to any of our Wake Forest School of Medicine Global Health funds, we encourage you to contact Lisa Marshall, Vice President, Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Relations. Timothy C. Pennell International Fellowship Fund
Purpose: “The Timothy C. Pennell International Fellowship Fund was established to support bringing capable and qualified health care professionals from other countries, at invitation of Wake Forest School of Medicine faculty, to the Medical Center for specialized training that they would not otherwise have access to in their native country with the intent of returning to their home country to apply the new skills.”
How to apply: Application instructions are distributed to school faculty annually.
