Kimberly has experience both in overseeing large research projects/programs and in qualitative research. Her program management experience allow her to take primary responsibility of coordinating Q-PRO’s projects, timelines, and financials. Kimberly also has experience with qualitative research, including focus groups, semi-structured interviews, and cognitive interviews, and conducting qualitative coding and analysis in Atlas.ti and Dedoose.

Nicole is a Senior Clinical Research Manager with significant research experience overseeing large clinical research projects. Her expertise and interests include patient-centered communication, motivational interviewing, interprofessional collaborative practice with multidisciplinary clinical teams, mobile health technology, implementation science, medical and health professions education theory, teaching methods and assessment, design and conduct of qualitative interviews and focus groups, analysis of qualitative data and dissemination of research results. She currently is the lead qualitative researcher on several socio-behavioral research projects related to cancer survivorship and she is a nationally board certified health & wellness coach.

Dr. Chandler is a Research Associate with significant research experience in both academia and industry. Her qualitative research and data analysis experiences include interviewing, focus grouping, secondary content analysis, field observation, thematic analysis, grounded theory, and qualitative content analysis. Dr. Chandler also has experience with mixed methods engagements and project management. Dr. Chandler completed her Doctorate in Organizational Science in 2021, and joined Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2021.

Aylin Aguilar

Aylin brings experience from the fields of sociology, psychology, and neuroscience clinical research. She is passionate about democratizing research for marginalized populations through multi-disciplinary research. To that end, she has training in mix-method interviewing, record and database construct formulation, experimental social psychology interviewing, and cognitive testing. She has experience in writing research proposals, creating protocols, and analyzing semi-structured interviews, coding themes, and cognitive assessments. She enjoys collaborative research that can be disseminated to improve systems, further research, and quality of life. She is also eager to provide Spanish-speaking research services.
