Kimberly has experience both in overseeing large research projects/programs and in qualitative research. Her program management experience allow her to take primary responsibility of coordinating Q-PRO’s projects, timelines, and financials. Kimberly also has experience with qualitative research, including focus groups, semi-structured interviews, and cognitive interviews, and conducting qualitative coding and analysis in Atlas.ti and Dedoose.

Shannon brings 25 years of research experience in qualitative methodology, survey administration, research grant management, and clinical trials. During her career, she has designed/conducted/analyzed hundreds of individual interviews and focus groups, assisted with writing research proposals and protocols, and co-authored 50 peer-reviewed research articles. Her love for qualitative work is rooted in her experience working with diverse, often underserved populations. She feels there is tremendous power and value in the compassionate understanding of the human experience through personal accounts.

Nicole is a Senior Clinical Research Manager with significant research experience overseeing large clinical research projects. Her expertise and interests include patient-centered communication, motivational interviewing, interprofessional collaborative practice with multidisciplinary clinical teams, mobile health technology, implementation science, medical and health professions education theory, teaching methods and assessment, design and conduct of qualitative interviews and focus groups, analysis of qualitative data and dissemination of research results. She currently is the lead qualitative researcher on several socio-behavioral research projects related to cancer survivorship and she is a nationally board certified health & wellness coach.

Ashley is a Research Associate with significant health system and health services research and evaluation experience including survey design and administration, design and conduct of qualitative interviews, analysis of qualitative data, and project management.
