Cheryl Bushnell, MD, MHS, Professor of Neurology, Implementation Science and Clinical and Translational Science Institute, recently participated in the World Stroke Academy’s (WSA) #WomenInStroke Initiative podcast series.
WSA organized the series to promote women's empowerment and highlight female leadership in stroke research and within the stroke community. Cheryl was chosen by the World Stroke Organization (WSO) board for her outstanding work and achievements in stroke. The WSA is a core educational activity of the WSO and provides high-quality stroke education to health care professionals.
