Dr. Emmanuel Fadeyi is a professor of pathology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He is board certified in clinical pathology (diagnosis and laboratory examination of diseases) with a specialty in blood banking and transfusion medicine. Dr. Fadeyi’s clinical interests include transfusion medicine and cellular therapies.
Dr. Fadeyi has received multiple Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB) Professional Engagement Program Awards for mentoring. Additionally, he is recognized as an Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB) Certified Advanced Biotherapies Professional.
He is a member of the International Society of Blood Transfusion, the College of American Pathologists, the American Society of Clinical Pathology and the Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies.
Dr. Fadeyi completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas and received his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. He completed residency in pathology at Washington Hospital Center and a fellowship in transfusion medicine at the National Institutes of Health.
