The Wake Forest School of Medicine is host to multiple NIH funded institutional training (T32) grants that allow both pre-doctoral (graduate students) and post-doctoral (fellows) to further develop their skills. Most trainees are afforded additional opportunities to present posters or talks at national and international conferences. Graduate students appointed to T32 training grants have established a successful history of obtaining individual fellowship awards from the NIH, NSF, and other funding sources.
