About Me

I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and pursued my undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I continued at the same institution to obtain a Master of Science in Animal Physiology, with a thesis investigating how Allopurinol alters the expression of inflammatory mediators in the brain, liver, and small bowel of avian species. I completed my medical degree at West Virginia University, focusing on research in reconstructive surgery. Beyond my academic and research pursuits, I enjoy basketball, running, lifting, hiking, and cooking with friends.
