About Me

I was born in New Orleans, La., and later moved to Miami, Fla., where I grew up with my siblings Pete, Mike and Samantha. I attended the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular and microbiology. I went on to attend the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St. Kitts and Nevis for medical school. I am of Cuban decent and speak Spanish fluently. While outside of the hospital, I enjoy playing golf, watching football and spending time with my co-residents.
