Our lab combines high parameter flow cytometry with machine learning analytics to generate detailed immune “fingerprints” for patients undergoing treatment for blood cancers. By tracking immune cell features over time, we can:
- detect early signatures that signal post transplant relapse and
- calculate a “CAR T readiness” score that helps clinicians decide when engineered T cell therapy will be most effective and safest. The ultimate goal is a real time algorithm that guides therapy choices, boosts survival, and minimizes unnecessary toxicity.
