To do this, we offer three services and the resources listed below.
Services
Services for core faculty and, as capacity allows, affiliate members
- Biostatistics support is available for grants relevant to MARCH’s mission and proposed to have a funded biostatistician. MARCH’s biostatistician in residence is Dr. Clemontina Davenport. To request support, please email Dr. Davenport.
- Funding and pilot awards to build capacity in research for healthy communities. Awards are announced in CTSI communications.
- Convenings and connections across disciplines and the Enterprise. Core faculty and affiliates are invited to seminars, lunch and learns, and other events to build connection and collaboration across the year.

Pre-Award
- Grant boilerplate language about MARCH is available in the CTSI boilerplate repository.
- Biostatistics consultations for training grants that will not support a statistician can utilize the CTSI BERD Service.
- Support for community-engaged research and best practices is available from the CTSI's Community and Stakeholder Research Engagement Program.

Post-Award
- Language services are available free to Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Atrium/Advocate faculty from the Language Access Department's Document Translation Service or CTSI Translation Services.
Do I route my MARCH-related grant through MARCH or my regular department?
Core and affiliate members should route their grant through their regular department or unit approval process.
Programs that are specifically housed in MARCH (e.g., an institutional training program under the MARCH umbrella or a center grant to expand services) can be routed through MARCH. If you have a grant that could be routed through MARCH, please contact Associate Director for Research Operations Tara Strigo as early as possible in the process to discuss.
