The Center for Remote Patient and Participant Monitoring aims to have a diverse cross-disciplinary membership to advance the use of remote patient monitoring technologies for studying human health and improving patient outcomes.
Membership criteria includes:
- An expressed interest in improving the lives of people by remote patient monitoring technologies who have issues related to certain medical conditions through research, education or clinical care.
- An interest in research related to cutting-edge wearable and mobile technologies for patients to improve their outcomes.
- An interest in contributing to the center by service as a pilot project reviewer, seminar speaker, community speaker or mentor.
All members are encouraged to participate in center activities, such as attending seminars, guest-speaking events, responses to grant requests for proposals, and other activities.
