About Me
I am a clinical assistant professor of pediatric hospital medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
As an educator, I work with all levels of learners, from first-year medical students through upper-level pediatric residents.
I am board certified in pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine. I have a special interest in family-centered care during hospitalization.
My research and clinical interests include the medical stabilization of eating disorders and young infants presenting with hypothermia. Additionally, I participate in scholarship that focuses on quality and safety, translational research and medical education.
I received my bachelor’s degree at Salisbury University and my degree in osteopathic medicine at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed residency at Duke University.
