About Me
I am an assistant professor of radiation oncology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
My board certification is in radiology with a specialty in radiology oncology.
I serve as the medical director of radiation oncology at Atrium Health Hayworth Cancer Center. My clinical interests include cancers of the lung, breast, head and neck and gastrointestinal tract.
As an investigator, I’m interested in exploring practical aspects of cancer treatment and delivery, including strategies to decrease anxiety or pain during treatment. I’m involved in clinical research in which I enroll patients on clinical trials with an emphasis on lung cancer, head and neck cancer, breast cancer and metastatic cancer.
I received my bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Notre Dame and my medical degree from Indiana University. I completed residency at the University of Florida.
