About Me

My research interest is in the development and translation of emerging biomedical informatics and machine-learning and AI-driven approaches to the current medical image and computational anatomy modeling in areas such as neuroimaging.

I developed several computational neuroanatomy methods to derive medical-imaging-based biomarkers for disease prediction and prevention.

My primary research interest is to derive computer-assistant diagnosis techniques that can be translated into clinical practice using data-driven, statistical, and machine-learning-based methods.
