The Neuromuscular Medicine Fellowship at Wake Forest School of Medicine is a one-year training program. Two fellows are selected each year.
Each applicant is required to have completed a residency program in either adult or pediatric neurology or physical medicine and rehabilitation accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education in the U.S. or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Applicants must qualify for licensure by the North Carolina Board of Medical Examiners and must be board-eligible for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Applicants must complete a Neuromuscular Fellowship application through the AANEM Neuromuscular Medicine Fellowship Portal.
Competitive candidates will be contacted directly for an interview. Applicants are encouraged to submit their information as soon as possible once the portal opens, as interview slots are limited.
