Darcy Reed, MD, MPH, is Professor of Internal Medicine and Vice Dean of Faculty Affairs at Wake Forest University School of Medicine where she directs strategy for faculty appointments and promotions, development, well-being, and faculty relations. Dr. Reed graduated from Mayo Medical School and the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education Internal Medicine residency program. She completed her fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and earned a Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Dr. Reed formerly served as Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and Dean of Education, Mayo Clinic Health System. She is an exceptional academic leader who has been honored with numerous awards and recognition for her many contributions to academic medicine.
