The Medical Education Building (MEB) is located on the campus of Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) and is the hub for student life and study while on clinical rotations. Also located on the CMC campus is the Carolinas Simulation Center which gives healthcare professionals at all levels the opportunity to use interactive, lifelike manikins and other equipment to simulate procedures and situations in a safe learning environment. The CMC campus is a short walk to the future site of the Howard Levine Center for Education, the future home of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine Charlotte, which is under construction.
