About Me

I was originally born in Dallas, Texas, but grew up in Myrtle Beach, S.C., where I spent most of my time either on the beach or the golf course. I later attended the Honors College at the College of Charleston where I worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) and received degrees in Spanish and biology. I stayed in Charleston for a year after graduation to work at a local marina, as well as an emergency department. I then moved inland to Columbia and attended medical school at the University of South Carolina. It was there that I met my wife, Alyssa, who is a pediatric resident here at Wake Forest University School of Medicine School of Medicine School of Medicine School of Medicine School of Medicine School of Medicine School of Medicine. When not in the hospital, I enjoy spending time outside, working around the house, and exploring all that Winston-Salem has to offer with my wife and co-residents!
