I have been with the School of Medicine for the past 35 years. Over the course of my work here, I have been a part of many firsts including work on the original MRI unit installed in the Department of Radiology in the early 1980's. In my current position I work in the clinical physics section in the Department of Radiation Oncology. My duties include operation of the Gamma Knife ICON unit support of the external beam radiation oncology systems and teaching radiation oncology physics to the department physician residents. I am also Physics Co-director of the Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy training course that runs twice each year.
