About Me

I am a pediatric rheumatologist with a Master's of Science Degree in Clinical Research, and a Master's in Public Health, whose activities include patient care and clinical research. My fellowship training is in Pediatric Rheumatology and Psychology from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. I received an NIH training grant for the two-year postdoctoral research fellowship in Psychology, specifically, Treatment Adherence. My research expertise and interests include treatment adherence, transition, and self-management in systemic autoimmune disorders, primarily, pediatric-onset lupus.
