The Center for Transformative Stroke Care aims to have diverse cross-disciplinary membership to address stroke disparities and inequities Enterprise-wide through expertise in population health research, data acquisition and analysis, and testing novel strategies to improve access to stroke care and improve outcomes.

Membership criteria includes:

  • An expressed interest in research spanning the full spectrum of stroke care: pre-hospital, emergency/hyperacute, acute, post-acute, secondary prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term outcomes.
  • An interest in participating in interdisciplinary research teams involving clinicians, data scientists, public health experts, and community stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous learning.

All members are encouraged to participate in center activities such as attending journal clubs, guest-speaking events, responses to grant requests for proposals, and other activities.
