About Me

I am an associate professor of orthopaedic surgery at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

I am board certified in orthopaedic surgery and specialize in treating conditions that affect the shoulder, elbow and hand.

My research focuses on the clinical outcomes of upper extremity surgery.

Memberships I hold include the North Carolina Orthopaedic Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Shoulder and Elbow Society and the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.

I received my medical degree at the University of Ioannina in Ioannina, Greece, then completed residency in general surgery and a fellowship in orthopaedic surgery at Wake Forest University. I completed a shoulder and elbow surgery fellowship at the University of Washington.
