About Me

I am an assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

I am board certified in orthopaedic surgery with specialty certification in sports medicine. Conditions I treat include hip and knee problems, sports injuries, shoulder injuries and childhood injuries. I also perform joint replacements.

My professional memberships include the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

I received my medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. I then completed residency in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters and residency in orthopaedics at Wake Forest University.
