About Me
I joined Wake Forest in 2025 after completing my Internal Medicine residency in St. Louis, followed by fellowship training in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at Yale in New Haven, Connecticut.
I chose sleep medicine because I believe quality sleep is one of the most important — and often overlooked — foundations of overall health. I enjoy helping patients find lasting solutions for sleep disordered breathing, insomnia, and other sleep disorders so they can feel healthier and more energized in their daily lives.
My training across pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine allows me to bring a comprehensive perspective to each patient. My hope is to work with patients to develop creative, individualized treatment plans. I am particularly interested in emerging sleep technologies, including hypoglossal nerve stimulation for obstructive sleep apnea.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing board games with my wife and honing my culinary skills.
