About Me

I am an assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery and the executive medical director for peri-operative services at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist-Davie Medical Center.

I am board certified in orthopaedic surgery. Specializing in degenerative hip and knee pain, I provide hip and knee replacement surgery. I take great pride and attention in providing the best, most up-to-date care for patients, minimizing pain and maximizing recovery.

My research interests include optimizing and improving patient outcomes for hip and knee replacement surgery, minimally invasive surgery, computer assisted surgery and anterior hip replacement.

I hold memberships in the North Carolina Orthopedic Association, the American Orthopaedic Association, the Southern Orthopedic Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

I received my bachelor’s and medical degrees at Wake Forest University. I completed residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wake Forest University and a fellowship in adult reconstruction at New England Baptist Hospital.
