Imaging Technology and Analytics Group (ITAG)

Translational imaging and advanced analytics for exploratory and industry supported projects

ITAG partners with research, clinical and industry teams to develop, test and validate new imaging and analytics approaches across different imaging modalities including MRI, PET and CT. ITAG is designed for flexible, project-driven work, complementing the standardized services of the Deacon Image Analysis Core (DIAC).

What We Do

  • Evaluate new imaging methods and technologies
  • Develop and test AI models
  • Run pilots/feasibility studies
  • Integrate imaging with clinical/multimodal data
  • Support industry sponsored and collaborative projects

When to work with ITAG

  • Early stage, exploratory projects
  • AI or other advanced analytics development
  • New imaging approaches
  • Industry partnerships, sponsored work

Relationship to the Deacon Image Analysis Core (DIAC)
ITAG and DIAC work in a complementary manner. ITAG supports early-stage innovation, exploratory analysis, and translational development. DIAC supports standardized, reproducible processing for funded research. Projects may begin in ITAG and transition to DIAC as methods mature and scale.
