Central Africa International Epidemiology databases to Evaluate AIDS
Central Africa International Epidemiology Databases to Evaluate AIDS (CA-IeDEA) aims to improve health outcomes of individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The CA-IeDEA cohort involves partners in five countries: Burundi, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of Congo, and Rwanda. CA-IeDEA utilizes implementation science to identify and address high-priority HIV/AIDS research questions and to identify effective strategies for optimizing HIV care outcomes, including timely diagnosis and care enrollment, care retention, ART initiation and viral suppression.
