About Me
I joined the faculty after completing my fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Health in 2018. My clinical passions are delirium and consultative models of care. During my fellowship, I helped to start the geriatric trauma consultative service, and I now provide hundreds of consultations on older adults admitted to the trauma service each year. As a physician who loves hospital medicine, the Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) Unit is one of my other favorite places to work.
Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy antiquing and exploring the restaurants in the area. We have two fur babies—a geriatric toy poodle and a three year old, 100 pound German shepherd.
