Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program, the applicant must meet these requirements:
- Have completed (or on-track to complete) an ACGME-accredited graduate educational residency program
- Be board eligible or certified in appropriate discipline
Application Process
Applicants interested in pursuing the Addiction Medicine Fellowship are required to apply via ERAS.
