About Me

Hannah was born in Cincinnati, OH (although raised a Cleveland sports fan), and spent part of her childhood growing up on a family farm in rural Ohio. She received a BS degree in biological sciences with a minor in psychology from Ohio University in Athens. Hannah attended Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH, where she received her medical degree. She then decided to leave her Ohio roots to join the Wake Forest family in the wonderful state of North Carolina. She is ecstatic to live in a state that caters to all her current hobbies yet allows her to explore many more. Hannah enjoys all things outdoors, including hiking, biking/running on local greenways, skiing, kayaking and long walks with her life-loving pup, Ria. On a rainy day, she can be found spending time at the gym or in the kitchen attempting to master one of her mom’s recipes. Hannah’s interests within family medicine include behavioral health, rural medicine and preventative medicine, but she is eager to discover other passions within the field.

Hannah looks forward to exploring all of Winston-Salem’s best parks, restaurants and breweries. She is enthused to begin this next phase in her life as a member of the Wake Forest family medicine community. She believes it is only a matter of time until she calls this place home.
