About Me

My research interests include mechanical analysis of athletic movements to prevent injury and the use of technology to improve delivery of care for those who have sustained a concussion. I am a site leader for a multi-institution consortium that studies concussion in youth athletes.

I truly enjoy teaching and dedicate a sizeable amount of time to instruction of medical students. I am the Course Director for Introduction to Clinical Reasoning and Integrative Thinking, serve as core faculty in Clinical Skills, and am the Course Director for the Resilience Certificate Program.
