About Me

I am an assistant professor of hematology and oncology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

As a clinician scholar, I have a focus on thoracic cancer. I develop investigator-initiated clinical trials and retrospective analyses on the clinical outcomes of immunotherapy. I teach graduate medical education for residents and fellows.

In my clinical practice, I provide inpatient coverage on the oncology wards. I enjoy the different aspects of my day-to-day job.

An internist by training, I received my degree in osteopathic medicine at Rowan University and a master’s degree in public health at Johns Hopkins University. I completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
