At Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Student Inclusion and Diversity focuses not only on short-term objectives, such as attracting qualified, underrepresented and disadvantaged students from diverse backgrounds, but also long-range objectives focused on student development. We continually seek to increase opportunities in health professions and to provide educational opportunities and support services for underrepresented and disadvantaged students.

Attracting high school students to careers in health is one way we work toward increasing diversity and promoting inclusion.
