Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship Application Process

The Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) Fellowship is a three-year subspecialty training program for obstetrics and gynecology physicians and a two-year program for urology physicians who wish to specialize in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery.

Application Process

Applicants interested in pursuing the Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship program must submit an application via ERAS and register for the NRMP matching program.

Candidates who match will be notified by email to participate in interviews. Our interview dates are Friday, April 22 and Wednesday, April 27, 2022.

Required Documents

As part of the ERAS process, prospective residents will need to submit the following documentation:

  • Completed ERAS application
  • USMLE Step I, and II (Required for both MD and DO Medical Students)
  • MSPE uploaded by their school's Deans Office
  • Medical School Transcript
  • ECFMG Certification (Foreign Medical School graduates only)
  • Personal statement or letter of interest explaining career choice and goals
  • Three letters of recommendation to be addressed to the program director
  • Current photograph (Preferred but not required)
