About Me
- Undergraduate institution: The Citadel Military College of South Carolina
- Professional interests: General obstetrics and gynecology - I love being in the operating room but also thoroughly enjoy the complex medical management of high-risk obstetrics. OB/GYN is the perfect balance!
- Personal interests: Having grown up in western North Carolina, the outdoors are very important to me. I enjoy fly-fishing, hunting, camping, hiking and spending time at our family's lake house - all preferably with friends and family. When it is gross outside, I also enjoy reading and video games.
- Favorite thing about Wake Forest OBGYN Residency: Of course, the people make the program. I knew very early in my interview dinner and day that I would get along with everyone and would receive excellent training. Beyond the people, there is an excellent supportive learning environment. You are immersed into responsibilities early with the comfort of having incredible backup and support of upper levels and approachable attendings.
